Serenity Hill RCFE offers regular and detailed communication to the responsible person and physicians.

In detail, we provide the following, and more:

• Private and semi-private rooms

• Safe and healthy living accommodation room furniture

• Room maintenance and cleanliness; fresh bed and bathroom linens weekly, or as often as necessary

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, continence, transferring from bed or chair

• Continuous care, supervision, and observation of changes in physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning

• Assistance with taking prescribed medications in accordance with physician’s instructions

• Food service:

  • 3 nutritious meals daily

  • In-between meal nourishments or snacks

  • Physician’s prescribed special diets

• Wash, dry, and ironing of personal clothing

• Hygiene items of general use

• Plan, arrange, and/or provide transportation to/from medical and dental appointments

• Help gain access to supportive devices

• Local telephone service

• Bedside care for minor temporary illness
